The apartments in Chianti Tuscany

Our apartments' prices vary in the different seasons (peak-off ) of the year and according to the dimensions, character and always different details and atmosphere of them.

OUR DAILY PRICES VARY:

  • from € 75 to € 150 for accommodating two person in suite and in apartment;
  • from € 120 to € 240 for accommodating four person in an apartment;
  • We ask a minimum period of two nights and it's available a service of "bed & breakfast" or service of half board including dinners by according with our Restaurant. Please, ask to the Reception for confirmation.

Extra services:
The apartments are not equipped with television and radio in respect to the common quiet. By request it is possible to equip the apartment with television, garden barbecue, iron and ironing board. Small pets are admitted.

Arrival and departure rules
  • Check-In: Saturday from 3:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.;
  • Check-Out: Saturday before 10:00 a.m.;

If you will arrive later than 7:00 p.m., please contact us to maintain the reservation.

Payment

  • At booking time, 30% NOT-REFUNDABLE down payment with credit card;
  • At check-in, 70% final payment with credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) or cash

Security deposit

  • Guests are responsable for the accomodation furniture during their stay, therefore, a security deposit is required by credit card at check-in time. In case of damage(s), management is authorised to keep the deposit.

Cancellation policy

  • From reservation time to 7 days before check-in, penalty of 30% of rental fee.
  • From 6 day to check-in time, penalty of 100% of rental fee.
  • No show and eventual early departure 100% of rental fee.

Cancellation and refunds: Castello di Lamole assure that you may apply 100% of your penalty's monies to a future rental. All requests for refunds must be submitted as soon as possible. Exceptions to our cancellation policy cannot be made for any reason, including weather or personal emergencies. There is no refund for arriving late or leaving early.

Castello di Lamole recommends purchasing travelers' insurance that will cover the cost of eventual cancellations.
